Q: What inspired you to work in the travel industry?

My aunt was a flight attendant, and was always telling stories of the places she visited. I thought it would be a great way to see the world.

Q: You're the flight request pro. What should people know about making flight requests?

The more information you give up front, the faster and more efficient we will be at booking your flights, AND the better the chance of the fare not increasing.

Q: What do you love about your job?

Working from home. Having a boss like Molly (I know — I'm a suck-up). The flexibility. But most of all, the amazing clients I get to work with on a daily basis.

Q: What’s your favorite song?

Just so our clients don't think I have favorites (I do), I would say ALL of our clients' songs, but also I cannot live without these three songs on repeat all day, every day:
